Kiran is the only child of a gangster father. She was brought up in such a way that she does not know of her fathers unlawful habits. Kiran runs into one of the Police Inspectors son Suraj, they both fall in love. When Kirans father finds out that his child is in love with an honest police officers son, who has been assigned to find him, he is shocked, but decides to give up all his unlawful activities for his daughters future. However, his own goons not liking this, kill the honest police officer and frame Kirans father. Now Suraj joins the police department and gets things done in his manner.Suraj is the son of Inspector Vijay VermaVinod Mehra and his wife, MeeraReema Lagoo. One day, Suraj meets a girl named Kiran. Unknown to everybody, Kiran is the daughter of Balraj Khanna, the king of an underworld gang. Balraj has kept his truth a secret from the world and his own daughter. Vijay, in the meanwhile, gets assigned to the case of Balrajs gang. Joining the same college, Suraj and Kiran fall in love. As Vijay probes deeper and deeper into the gang, the gang members, especially Goga Goga Kapoor, become unnerved. ........
